It's a nation of like minded women who have passion for total body wellness and helping others.

Red Hot Nation is happily coming up on the 2 year anniversary! My vision for my Red Hots is to provide everyone with accountability, guidance, happiness, and training to reach their fitness, business, nursing, and personal goals!

I don't want my coaches to feel like they are stuck out at sea with nothing to grab on to. Being a new coach is scary and daunting! I'm still learning myself, but why not learn together? Why struggle when I have resources available to share with the Red Hot Nation.

Red Hot Nation is just that, a NATION, that supports each other and works together as one! Together we learn, grow, and become more successful every day!

Coaching as helped my life emotionally, physically, and financially. The opportunities to meet new life-long friends, travel to places I never imagined, and be mentally at peace was something I never thought I would achieve until I was introduced to Team Beachbody.

The Red Hot Nation will help you establish goals and start going after them! You get access to private training group full of our teams coaches to help you learn the daily steps needed to achieve your goals!

When you sign up you will receive a welcome letter from me and the opportunity to schedule a one-on-one new coach call! You will then receive access to all of the new coaching materials to get you started right away and refer back to as often as you'd like!

Plus you are then a part of my challenge group! This allows you to grow and learn as a customer and coach how to create and start your own challenge groups as your business grows.
